  • Service: our complete SaaS solution for managing security and guarding companies.
  • User: any person accessing the Platform (you, your collaborators, your agents).
  • Client: the company or professional that has subscribed to a subscription.
  • Subscription: your access to the Services, renewable monthly according to your needs.
  • Account: your secure personal space on the Platform.
  • Client Data: all your business data that you entrust to our Platform. They belong to you entirely.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: our professional technical environment, optimized for performance and security.

SecuCentral is hosted on professional cloud infrastructure in Europe. This architecture allows us to offer you excellent value for money while guaranteeing optimal performance for the vast majority of professional uses.

Our Quality Commitment

We do our utmost to offer you a quality service. Our technical team monitors the platform and intervenes quickly when needed. Like any online service, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection, but we commit to:

  • Actively monitor the platform 24/7
  • Respond quickly to reported incidents
  • Continuously improve our services
  • Communicate transparently in case of problems

Hosting provided by Easynetic, a certified European professional host, ensuring your data remains in Europe.

Article 5 - Your SecuCentral Account

Creating your account is simple and quick. To ensure everyone's security, we ask you to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep your contact details up to date
  • Protect your login credentials
  • Alert us immediately in case of suspicious access to your account

Your account is personal. You are responsible for its use. In case of problems, our support team is here to help you quickly.

Article 6 - Our Subscription Plans

Monthly Flexibility

Our subscriptions are monthly, with no long-term commitment. You keep the freedom to adjust your plan according to your evolving needs.

Free Trial

We offer a trial period to let you discover SecuCentral without commitment. It is the best way to see if our solution meets your expectations.

Price Evolution

If our prices were to change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You can then choose to continue or adjust your subscription.

Refund Policy

Started months are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time for the following month. No hidden fees, no penalties.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our plans.

Article 7 - Payment Terms

For your convenience, we accept several payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) - secure payment
  • SEPA bank transfer
  • Direct debit (automatic withdrawal) - more convenient

Your invoices are available in electronic format in your customer area and sent by email.

In Case of Difficulty

If you encounter payment difficulties, contact us. We prefer to find a solution together rather than apply penalties. In the absence of contact, Belgian legal provisions relating to late payments will apply.

In case of an unpaid invoice for more than 15 days without hearing from you, we may have to temporarily suspend access until the situation is resolved.

Article 8 - Duration and Freedom to Cancel

Your subscription renews monthly. You remain free in your choices, without binding commitment.

Want to Leave?

You can cancel at any time from your customer area or by a simple email to support@secucentral.eu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. No justification is required, although your feedback helps us improve.

Termination by SecuCentral

We only terminate an account in exceptional cases:

  • Serious breach of these terms
  • Persistent non-payment despite our reminders
  • Proven fraudulent or illegal use
  • Service shutdown (with at least 3 months notice)
Retrieving Your Data

Your data belongs to you. If you leave, you have 30 days to export it. Our team can assist you in this process if necessary.

We believe in the quality of our service, not in contracts that lock you in.

Article 9 - Our Mutual Commitments

For SecuCentral to work best for everyone, we count on you to:

  • Use the platform responsibly and in compliance with laws
  • Respect the regulations of your sector (particularly Belgian legislation on private security)
  • Preserve the proper functioning of the platform
  • Respect our intellectual property
  • Not share your access with unauthorized persons
  • Ensure the quality of the data you import
  • Keep copies of your most important data
Unauthorized Uses

In the interest of all our users, certain uses are prohibited:

  • Illegal activities or contrary to professional ethics
  • Distribution of malicious content
  • Sending unsolicited communications
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

SecuCentral, its design, code, and features are the result of our work and remain our property. We continue to develop and improve them for you.

Your subscription gives you complete usage rights to the platform for your professional activities, throughout the duration of your subscription.

We trust you not to copy, modify, or redistribute our solution.

Your Data Remains Yours

All data you create and import into SecuCentral belongs to you 100%. We only use your data to provide you with the service. We never resell or use it for other purposes.

Article 11 - Protection of Your Data

Protecting your data is an absolute priority for us. We strictly comply with GDPR and Belgian legislation.

Who is Responsible?

For your account and billing data, we are responsible. For your agents' and clients' data that you manage via SecuCentral, you remain the controller and we act as your trusted processor.

Only for legitimate and necessary reasons:

Your Rights

Article 12 - Responsibilities and Limits

What We Do

We do our utmost to offer you a reliable and efficient service. Our team works daily to maintain and improve SecuCentral.

What We Cannot Guarantee

Like any online service, we cannot promise 100% availability or the complete absence of bugs. The Internet and technology have their uncertainties. We do our best to minimize them.

Liability Limitations

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Indirect losses (lost profit, loss of clientele...)
  • Issues related to the Internet or third-party providers
  • Exceptional events beyond our control
  • Improper use of the platform
  • Data loss if you have not performed backups
Liability Cap

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription for the last 12 months. This is standard practice that allows us to offer affordable pricing.

Important Advice
We perform regular backups, but we also recommend that you keep your own copies of critical data. Better safe than sorry!

We always act in good faith and will do our best to resolve any problems you may encounter.

Article 13 - Platform Availability

We aim for maximum availability of SecuCentral. Our infrastructure is sized to meet our clients' needs with good performance.

Our Concrete Commitment

Proactive monitoring 24/7, rapid interventions in case of problems, transparent communication about incidents.

Maintenance

Maintenance operations are sometimes necessary. We schedule them outside peak hours and notify you in advance when possible. Urgent maintenance (security) may exceptionally be immediate.

In Case of Slowdown

If you notice unusual slowness, report it to us. We will investigate and act to restore optimal performance.

Although we do not offer a contractual SLA with automatic compensation (which allows us to maintain affordable pricing), we take every incident very seriously and always seek to satisfy our clients.

Article 14 - Evolution of These Terms

These terms may evolve to adapt to legal changes or our services.

  • You will always be notified by email at least 30 days before significant changes come into effect.
  • By continuing to use SecuCentral after these 30 days, you accept the new terms.
  • If you disagree with the modifications, you can cancel free of charge before they come into effect.

The current version of these terms is always available on our site.

Article 15 - Legal Framework

SecuCentral is a Belgian company. These terms are governed by Belgian law.

Main legal references:

  • Belgian Civil Code
  • Belgian Economic Law Code
  • GDPR (European Data Protection Regulation)
  • Belgian legislation on digital services

In case of differences between language versions, the French version prevails.

Article 16 - In Case of Disagreement

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can appeal to a mediator. For cross-border disputes in the EU: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

As a Last Resort

If no amicable solution is found, the courts of Mons (Belgium) will have jurisdiction. The procedure is conducted in French.

Our goal always remains to find a solution that satisfies you.

Article 17 - Final Provisions

A Complete Agreement

These terms, together with your subscription contract, constitute our entire agreement.

Independence of Clauses

If a clause were invalidated, the others would remain applicable.

Tolerance

If we do not strictly apply a rule once, it does not mean we waive it for the future.

Assignment

Your subscription is linked to your company. For any structural changes, contact us.
